Where Can I submit my paper?

Papers can be submitted at the online portal Click Here And after submission you need to visit your mail to Validate the paper. After validation paper will be forwarded for review.

How can I become a member of the organization?

Currently The ARFED membership is free. You can apply for membership at our membership portal Click Here
After Application The ARFED will provide you a membership id and then you can put the membership id during your registration to get discounted registration fees.

How can I become a reviewer?

Kindly apply with you resume at our online portal Click Here To become a reviewer. You have to review the submitted papers for publication. For review we can give only 2 days because we promise candidates to provide notification within 2-3 days max. And within 2 days you have to provide the conference manager about the acceptance or rejection of the paper for the conference applied for.

Who can participate in the conference?

We organise conferences for betterment of society. So any one from any country can attend the event. But for attending the conference you have to register yourself before the deadline.

What is the guideline to write a paper?

You can download the sample paper from Click Here and you can write the paper as per the sample paper. Avery good paper should be in 6-8 pages and have maximum 4 authors. For more than that you have to contact the coordinator as how to register.

How Can I collaborate my institution with the organization?

How Can I get the payment receipt?

For payment receipt you will receive the receipt from the payment gateway immediately after payment is done and the hard copy from the organization you will receive on the conference day at the venue. If you need the conference receipt before the conference then you can contact the coordinator to get the E-receipt/Scanned Receipt.

How can I register myself for the conference?

For registration details you can visit.Click Here After submission of registration form, payment proof and ID proof copy only registration will be confirmed. Registration fee is non refundable unless until the organization decides.

What are the presentation modes?

The ARFED allows both the oral as well as poster presentations in the conference. And this is completely the decision of the attendee. But for poster presentation attendee need to inform the conference coordinator at least before 15 days of the conference so that can make proper arrangement at the venue. You can also check presentation guidelines for details of presentations.


Is there a separate poster presentation session?

Poster  presentation session will be available at the conference venue but There is no separate poster presentation session. For details you can check the presentation guidelines available in the website.

Does the organiser provide any accommodation or travelling service to the participant?

The organization does not provide any travelling allowance or make any help in accommodation. You have to organise that yourself.

What documents do I need to carry the conference venue?

Every participant needs to carry the payment proof, Registration form and ID proof in original to the conference venue.

How is the paper selection or rejection done?

Papers undergo a 3 stage review by the reviewers committee. But the re viewer name shall be kept secret as it is a blind review process.

What is the registration fee and do I need to pay for the conference?

For participating the conference every attendee has to pay the registration fees and the details is available in the conference website. If you have any question then you can directly contact the coordinator for the details.

Is journal publication free of cost?

Yes journal publication is completely free of cost.

Which Journal my paper is going to be published?

Journal publication is done based on the research work. As per the research field the paper shall be published in the journal matching to the field.

How many days Journal publication is done?

Journal publication is done within 7-8 weeks of the conference. When ever the papeeer is published we will inform you the publication link so that you can visit the link to see your paper.

Does the organization provide any Visa Assistance?

Organization can only provide you invitation letter issued by the organization and it can not help you in getting the visa and you have to arrange the visa yourself. For details you can visit Click Here

In how many days should I expect Acceptance/Rejection of the paper?

We will inform you the acceptance or rejection of the paper within 3-4 days of submitting your paper.

What documents I am going to receive at the conference venue?

You will receive conference Kit, Proceeding, Payment receipt and presentation certificate at the venue. In case you need anything else you need to inform the coordinator before 20 days of the conference.

What is the payment process for registration?

For payment please visit the registration fees and you can go to payment link to pay the registration. Payment can be done using credit card only through our online portal.

Where Should I contact for any query regarding the conference?

You can contact the conference coordinator or send email at and we will reply as soon as possible.

Is virtual presentation allowed?

No, Virtual presentation is not allowed. You have to attend the conference o present your research work. In case you fail to attend then you can contact the coordinator for further process.
